Bob and Jason are amazing!!!! My husband and I had a very limited time in FL to find an agent to list my parents home. Bob Grimes did an excellent job at selling my mom's home for me. We had already moved mom out of the house and into assisted living and we live 4 hours away in Jacksonville. It was difficult to sell a home long distance but Bob went above and beyond for us. Even to the point of picking up mom's cable equipment and taking it back to the cable company.
