Founders Bob Grimes and son Jason Grimes formed MH Resales to bring the best of lifelong experiences and expertise to the mobile and manufactured home market in the beautiful state of Florida. The plan was to improve and change the landscape of conventional MH sales and market expectations. We sought to bring our experiences in real estate, home sales and customer service, blended with state of the art technology and agile business approaches to bring the best possible solutions and services to each and every one of our amazing clients. He has a lifetime of Real Estate experience and over 22 years in manufactured home sales and real estate services in Pinellas County, FL.
