Founders Bob Grimes and son Jason Grimes formed MH Resales to bring the best of lifelong experiences and expertise to the mobile and manufactured home market in the beautiful state of Florida. The plan was to improve and change the landscape of conventional MH sales and market expectations. We sought to bring our experiences in real estate, home sales and customer service, blended with state of the art technology and agile business approaches to bring the best possible solutions and services to each and every one of our amazing clients. Bob’s career in real estate started six months after graduating Summa Cum Laude from from the University of Baltimore. Bob started his first Real Estate Brokerage "Grimes & Associates Realty" in 1976 boasting a 20+ agent roster specializing in residential and commercial Real Estate. He has a lifetime of Real Estate experience and over 22 years in manufactured home sales and real estate services in Pinellas County, FL.

Jason Grimes

Jason is an entrepreneur with years of experience in creating online solutions that deliver results. Jason has a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems Security graduating Alpha Beta Kappa. He holds top industry certifications in computer and cyber security with years of enterprise experience securing the governments most sensitive information systems. He applies this knowledge and experience in his everyday business strategies and solutions. During his career working for the DOD, Jason had the fortunate experience traveling to many different countries, continents and across the continental US. Jason considers himself an east coast warrior being born in MD, a FL native, lived in SC, HI and most recently back to FL.
