    About Bob Grimes

Bob Grimes is a licensed manufactured & mobile home sales agent located in Largo, FL representing both buyers & sellers throughout Pinellas County, Florida. Bob Grimes prides himself on his knowledge in the Largo, Florida manufactured and mobile home market – he is familiar with the complex components of construction and strives to help his buyers find what they are looking for, not what he thinks they need. He’s known for his attention to detail, professionalism and dedication to customer service. Bob continually strives to educate himself in his field and to provide the best service to sellers and purchasers of manufactured housing. In the past 15 years, he has worked with both buyers and sellers in all age family parks, and specializes in 55 plus communities and manufactured homes on their own lots. He has extensive experience in cooperative resident owned and land lease communities and explaining the resident owned concept to prospective purchasers.

Bob’s career in real estate started six months after graduating from college Summa Cum Laude from the University of Baltimore with a degree in accounting. He realized he was interested in a more dynamic career pathway and over the next 20 years, he got involved with multiple components of the real estate industry, where he found his background in accounting proved useful in the business end of transactions.

Originally from central Maryland, he worked in real estate in the suburbs of Baltimore and Washington D.C., before working in Florida. He fell in love with the state and in 2000, Bob moved to Florida permanently. He found his interest and niche in the manufactured home market and the rest is history.
