Bob Grimes did an excellent job at selling my mom's home for me. We had already moved mom out of the house and into assisted living and we live 4 hours away in Jacksonville. It was difficult to sell a home long distance but Bob went above and beyond for us. Even to the point of picking up mom's cable equipment and taking it back to the cable company. When repairs needed to be done he was there supervising. I highly recommend Bob Grimes!
