Position Description
We are currently seeking Mobile Home & Manufactured Home Sales Associates in Saint Lucie County, FL to join our growing team. No license is required as you work and operate under the Broker's license. Sales associate wanted to sell pre-owned mobile and manufactured homes on a land-lease basis in Saint Lucie County, Florida. Looking for agents that currently live in or around age restricted 55 plus or all age manufactured home communities and parks or looking to sell homes throughout your local city. Join the exciting mobile and manufactured home sales industry that is expected to grow exponentially in the coming years with the ever increasing demand of affordable housing.
You have a team behind you every step of the way providing sales training and marketing for each of your properties. We handle all the marketing for you so you can focus on being the best agent on our team to our amazing clients.
PLEASE NOTE: This is an independent contractor position. The successful candidate will be responsible for payment of their own taxes. Sales associates will receive a Form 1099 at the end of the year.
Responsibilities:
- Handling of clients from initial contact, through the entire sales process to closing.
- Prospect and contact potential sellers and buyer leads.
- Oversee all resident community applications, and assist in finding proper lending options.
- Establish and manage an effective client follow-up program including phone calls and emails.
- Set follow-up appointments and communications to keep customers aware of latest developments.
- Ability to read, understand, and explain residential contracts to both buyers and sellers.
- Professionalism and customer service oriented is a must.

- Port Saint Lucie
Schedule:
- Flexible (Disclaimer: Sales are demanding and you are required to be available throughout the entire sales process and respond to all inquiries within a timely manner including weekends).
Qualifications:
- Experience in mobile and manufactured home sales is desired.
- Previous experience in outside sales, customer service, or other related fields is desired.
- Ability to build rapport with clients.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Deadline and detail-oriented.
- Communication skills through phone, email, and text.
- Home office with a computer, printer, scanner is required.
- Latest or closest to latest Android or iPhone required.
- Proficient computer skills required.
